This exercise will tremendously help in increase vertical leap i have done it in only four weeks and have already increases my vertical leap!!! By the way I am hanging on 10ft rim like crazy!!!

    i know chris but when you slight ly exceed the 90 degree mark the exercise becomes more difficult to perform.. trust me!!!

    dude thats a great exercise, but your are doing it wrong, your front knee should not to more wide that your toes. when you are lowering down,, keep your leg square at 90degree ;)
